Our Community

At Omni Construction Services, we are all about building, and that doesn’t stop with physical spaces. We aim to build stronger relationships with ourselves as well as with our community.

In keeping with that, we encourage each of our employees to share their goals, so that we can work together to promote personal development and well-being. These goals can apply to individual growth, such as healthier living, reaching a fitness benchmark, or pursuing a new hobby. They can also apply to the environment at Omni, such as organizing a company blood drive, or a team-building day at The Escape Room.

But beyond that, we want our employees to also think about promoting bigger changes that can have an impact throughout the community.¬†This is an open-ended ethic we want to foster at Omni. As such, it will never truly be complete, but as long as Omni exists, that is how we’ll do business. We believe it’s our responsibility to do what we can to make our part of the world a better place for everyone.

With that in mind, we invite you to look at some of the projects and events that are a part of that positive change.

Pebble Brook Golf Club

Noblesville, Indiana

For anyone unfamiliar with the story, Jake Laird was an Indianapolis Police Officer with four years on the force. Tragically, he was killed in the line of duty in 2004 while responding to reports of gunfire in Indianapolis. The mission of the Jake Laird Memorial Fund is to provide financial contributions to law and law enforcement agencies. This may include the purchase of new equipment, institution of new instructional programs, or financial assistance to injured officers. As of 2017, the fund has been able to donate over $810,000 to various police and firefighter causes across Indiana.
